APIFS Research Director Dr. Mark Lee Invited to Speak at HR Tech Asia 2026 in Singapore

【Singapore, 5 May 2026】 — Asia Pacific Institute for Strategy (APIFS) is pleased to announce that Dr. Mark Lee, Research Director of APIFS, was invited to speak at HR Tech Asia 2026, held at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

HR Tech Asia 2026 is one of Asia’s premier HR technology and future-of-work events, bringing together C-suite executives, HR leaders, workforce transformation experts, technology innovators, and business decision-makers from across the region. The 2026 event features more than 120 speakers, over 110 sessions, and more than 5,000 attendees, positioning it as a leading platform for senior leaders shaping the future of work in Asia. Dr. Lee was featured in the Workforce Transformation track with his session, “The Human–Machine Harmony Playbook: Designing the Future Workforce Together.” His participation placed APIFS on the same regional platform as distinguished global and corporate leaders, including Thirukkumaran Nagarajan, Vice President, Human Resources, IBM Asia Pacific, who also spoke on human-centred AI and workforce design.

The invitation reflects APIFS’ growing regional presence in the areas of leadership development, strategic management, organisational transformation, and AI-enabled workforce redesign. Through its research, executive education, CEO forums, and advisory work, APIFS continues to contribute thought leadership to senior executives and organisations across Asia. Dr. Lee has more than 25 years of experience in strategy and business research. He has served as Research Director of APIFS since 2013 and has led executive learning and business communities across Asia Pacific, including one of the region’s large EMBA-like executive programmes covering executives from more than 30 industries.

APIFS’ recent work in AI leadership and workforce transformation focuses on helping organisations move from individual AI productivity toward team-based and organisation-wide capability building. Its AI leadership materials highlight that the real challenge of AI adoption is not only technology implementation, but leadership capacity, work redesign, team collaboration, and organisational learning.
