APIFS Hosts One of Hong Kong’s Largest Full-Scale AI Workshops for Executives, Engaging Over 600 Leaders from 100+ Companies

【Hong Kong, June 13, 2026】 — Asia Pacific Institute for Strategy (APIFS) announced the successful completion of its AI Leadership Architecture Program, one of Hong Kong’s largest full-scale AI workshops designed specifically for executives.

Held across May and July, the program engaged more than 600 executives from over 100 companies through two half-day in-depth workshop sessions. Unlike a seminar or conference, the program was designed as a practical executive learning and strategy-design workshop, helping leadership teams translate AI opportunities into measurable business results.

Participating organizations included Equinix HK, GF Holdings, GS1 Hong Kong, HK Electric, Oracle, Palo Alto Networks, Ricoh Hong Kong, Savills, Sime Darby Motor Group, Standard Chartered Bank HK, Yakult Hong Kong, and many more.

The AI Leadership Architecture Program focused on helping executives build a clear AI return on investment strategy, redesign business processes, and develop actionable approaches for integrating AI into daily operations, management systems, and business decision-making.

APIFS’s methodology has also recently been proven in practice, helping a global financial institution identify HK$30 million in potential returns for its Hong Kong office with the involvement of only 40 colleagues.
